Many of us have walls that have become our friends. We literally have a relationship with the walls and hide there any time we feel threatened. The walls protect the trauma hiding behind them. This makes us feel as though we are safe.

I didn't see anywhere to follow instructions for your give away. I will try to remember to come back and check again. I get a lot of e-mails and so if I forget send me another note and I will come back.

August 1st I will be hosting my first giveaway. Thanks for the support!
Interesting thought - and so very, very true!!
Interesting thoughts today. Those walls can be limiting for sure.
Yes those walls, sometimes they have to be torn down!
Oh how true this is. Unfortunately, I think we forget that walls keep not only the bad but also the good from getting in
Hi Diane,
Thank you so much for swinging by my blog! I love getting to meet new bloggers! You have a very lovely blog! Hope to get to know you better!
Have you read the book on Boundaries by Cloud and Townsend? I have been reading it lately and being very inspired and challenged. We need walls with doors, to allow good in, and keep bad out!
I loved this thought provoking post. There are walls within walls where we feel safe. How many of us are willing to tear those walls down.
Really lovely writing.
